Have you ever wondered?…

Why do you feel such void in your heart? And why do you live yearning to  fill it?

That feeling of emptiness, that longing in your heart, is the feeling of being separated from God! This feeling is exactly what you must be feeling when you’re not united with Him. In a sense, this feeling is good because it can actually cause you to truly seek Him.

God created you to fulfill a purpose. A purpose that only you can fulfill. No one on this earth can fulfill the plan God has created for you. The only way you can know your true purpose in life is by being joined to the Source of all creation.

You Are God’s precious creation! God created you in His image to have a personal relationship with you!

You truly are loved by the Most High God, the God who created Heaven and Earth. The very fact that you are reading this article shows how important you are to Him. He cares about you and most importantly He knows your struggles! He is a real God who wants to be involved in a tangible way in your life. No matter how hopeless it may seem, God can help turn any situation around. He wants to offer you a way out. A real solution that can truly help you.

But first, you must address this critical part…

How did you become separated from God?

Sin. Yes, sin is what separates you from having a personal relationship with the True Living God (Isaiah 59:2). No one can claim to never have sinned except God (1 John 3:5). Sin entered the world through a man’s disobedience (Romans 5:12) and caused all men to fall off the grace of God (Romans 3:23). Men are not humanly able to eradicate sin without God, not through their own merits or efforts or good deeds. In other words, in order to have a right-standing relationship with God, you need to allow God to be righteous for you.

Do you know that God truly loves you?…

But most importantly, do you know God wants to forgive you?!

God is love. True, unconditional, unmerited love. The first step to restore the lost relationship with the One who has loved you even before you were born, is to acknowledge you have sinned. No matter what you’ve done in the past and no matter what you are struggling with at the moment, God’s mercy and love for you are much greater. No matter how unforgivable it may seem, God can forgive you. But first, you must ask!

Take a moment now to ask God for forgiveness…
